Learning Support Services

Learning Support Services is an extension of class room teaching that provides additional support for students who may need English as a Second Language assistance (ELL) and those students who need additional learning support (LS) for a US Department of Education IDEA “recognized disability.”  Learning Support Services are very prescriptive and individualized in nature.  Student identification is done through entrance exams, teacher assessment, annual school-wide tests (SAT), and other local obtained assessments. We use an integrated model of services and develop a  Learning Support Plan (similar to an IEP) to assure that each child has success with their age-appropriate peers. Fees for these services are 1500 SR per year for the 2007-2008 school year.  Reassessment of the Learning Support fee schedule is being completed and a new Learning Support tuition rate will be set for the 2008-2009 academic year.
