     Welcome to the A.I.S.J. High School!
The High School Counselor works with student during the four years of high school. The High School counseling center is located in the Middle & High School Administrative building. The counselor is available to work with students in the areas of academic, social and personal counseling as well as career and college advising. Students are encouraged to visit the counselor for support with academic high school and future planning, class scheduling and personal counseling issues in addition to career and college advising.

The High School Counselor helps students with their future planning and college searches. Students may come into the counseling center to do research for their college applications. The counselor supports teachers when working with students and parents. The counselor is also involved in the admissions process for new students. They review, evaluate transcripts/credits and interpret placement tests to ensure correct placement in high school classes. The counseling office coordinates all records coming in and going out of AISJ.
