AISJ is part of Saudi Arabian Intra-Kingdom Activities Conference (SAIKAC), which includes fifteen other international schools from across the country. SAIKAC-sponsored annual events include tournaments in volleyball, cricket, soccer, basketball, softball, and badminton.

AISJ is also part of International Schools Athletic Conference (ISAC) which provides sporting opportunities and organises athletic events for international schools in the middle east.
