In order to maintain our accreditation, AISJ needs a Profile of Graduates. Therefore, an AFG Action Team has drafted a Profile of Graduates for AISJ. Your feedback and input is requested. Please provide feedback about what it contains that you do not want to include and what it does not contain that you want to see in it. AISJ Graduates will Possess and Demonstrate: 

    Knowledge and Skills Necessary to Achieve Their Dreams
    • Understands and applies the core concepts from the Academic Disciplines and the Arts    
    • Reads critically with an appreciation for both the form and function of different genres
    • Communicates effectively and clearly through writing, speaking, and other forms of media
    • Utilizes technology to access information, deepen understanding, and solve problems 
    Intellectual Discipline and Habits of Mind Necessary to Succeed in an Ever Changing World
    • Analyzes and evaluates information for further inquiry    
    • Constructs meaning by integrating knowledge, experience, and reflective thinking
    • Perseveres when solving complex problems
    • Questions assumptions and considers multiple points of view
    Personal Qualities Necessary to Pursue a Meaningful and Worthy Life
    • Is first and foremost an individual of integrity
    • Embodies dignity, confidence, curiosity and personal well-being
